Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Tolpo Games website, our mobile games and our internal publishing tool ("Tolpo Publisher"). Tolpo Games is the studio name of an individual developer based in Turkey ("we", "us").
1. Our games
Our games are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute them except where the law allows it. Each game's privacy policy explains what data it uses.
2. Tolpo Publisher
Tolpo Publisher is an internal tool used only by the Tolpo Games team to publish content to the official Tolpo Games accounts on social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. It is not offered to the public. When we connect one of our own accounts, the platform's own terms also apply, including the TikTok Terms of Service and the YouTube Terms of Service.
3. Content
All game art, videos, logos and the Tolpo mascot belong to Tolpo Games. You may share our public posts and links, but you may not use our brand in a way that suggests we endorse you.
4. No warranty
Our games and this website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from their use.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
