Taxi Tantrum Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Taxi Tantrum (the "Game") is developed and published by Mesut Bunaldi, an individual developer based in Turkey, under the studio name Tolpo Games ("we", "us"). For any privacy question, contact support@tolpogames.com.
2. Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. The Game does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any other personal details, and it has no user accounts or sign-in.
3. Data stored on your device
To remember your progress, the Game saves a small amount of data locally on your device using the standard storage provided by the game engine (Unity PlayerPrefs):

This data is not personal information, is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and we cannot access it. You can delete it at any time by clearing the Game's app data or uninstalling the Game.
Your device's operating system may back up app data to your own cloud account (for example Android backup or iCloud) according to your device settings. Such backups are handled by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies, not by us.
4. Network access, ads and analytics
The Game does not need an internet connection to play. It contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking tools, no crash-reporting services and no social features. The Game does not send any data over the internet. (On Android, the game engine may declare a standard internet permission by default; the Game does not use it to transmit any data.)
5. Sharing of information
Because we do not collect any data, we do not sell, rent, share or transfer any personal data to third parties.
6. App stores
When you download the Game, Google Play or the Apple App Store may collect information (such as your account and download data) under their own privacy policies. We do not receive personal data about you from them other than aggregated, anonymous statistics the stores provide to all developers (for example, number of installs).
7. Children
The Game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or KVKK in Turkey), you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data. Since we do not hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to provide or delete; all game data stays on your device and is under your control. You are still welcome to contact us with any question.
9. Security
Game progress is stored in the app's private storage on your device, protected by your device's operating system.
10. Changes to this policy
Future versions of the Game may add features such as advertising. If that happens, we will update this policy before those features are released, describe what data is collected and by whom, and change the effective date above. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent.

Taxi Tantrum Gizlilik Politikası ve KVKK Aydınlatma Metni
1. Veri sorumlusu
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") kapsamında bu metin, Taxi Tantrum oyununun ("Oyun") geliştiricisi ve yayıncısı Mesut Bunaldi (Türkiye'de yerleşik bireysel geliştirici; stüdyo adı: Tolpo Games) tarafından bilgilendirme amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. İletişim: support@tolpogames.com
2. İşlenen kişisel veriler
Oyun, KVKK kapsamında herhangi bir kişisel veri toplamaz ve işlemez. Ad, e-posta, telefon, konum, rehber, fotoğraf veya cihaz tanımlayıcısı gibi bilgiler istenmez; kullanıcı hesabı veya oturum açma yoktur.
3. Cihazınızda saklanan bilgiler
Oyun, ilerlemenizi hatırlamak için yalnızca aşağıdaki bilgileri oyun motorunun standart yerel depolama alanında (Unity PlayerPrefs) sadece sizin cihazınızda saklar:
- Bulunduğunuz bölüm
- Oyunda kazandığınız jeton miktarı
- Dil tercihiniz (Türkçe / İngilizce)
- Ses açık/kapalı ayarınız
Bu bilgiler kişiyi tanımlamaya yönelik değildir, bize veya üçüncü kişilere aktarılmaz ve tarafımızca erişilemez. Uygulama verilerini temizleyerek veya Oyunu kaldırarak istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Cihaz ayarlarınıza bağlı olarak işletim sisteminiz uygulama verilerini kendi bulut hesabınıza (Google yedekleme, iCloud) yedekleyebilir; bu işlem Google veya Apple'ın kendi politikalarına tabidir.
4. İşleme amacı ve hukuki sebep
Kişisel veri işlenmediği için KVKK madde 5 ve 6 kapsamında bir işleme amacı veya hukuki sebep bulunmamaktadır. Cihazda tutulan oyun ilerlemesi yalnızca oyunun çalışması için kullanılır.
5. Aktarım (yurt içi / yurt dışı)
Oyun internet üzerinden veri göndermez. Hiçbir veri yurt içinde veya yurt dışında üçüncü kişilere aktarılmaz. Oyunda reklam, analitik, hata raporlama veya sosyal özellik bulunmaz. (Android'de oyun motoru varsayılan olarak internet izni tanımlayabilir; Oyun bu izni veri göndermek için kullanmaz.)
6. Uygulama mağazaları
Oyunu indirdiğinizde Google Play veya Apple App Store kendi gizlilik politikaları çerçevesinde bilgi toplayabilir. Bu mağazalardan, tüm geliştiricilere sunulan anonim ve toplu istatistikler (ör. indirme sayısı) dışında hakkınızda kişisel veri almayız.
7. Yaş sınırı
Oyun 13 yaş ve üzeri genel kitle için tasarlanmıştır; 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir.
8. KVKK madde 11 kapsamındaki haklarınız
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme ve diğer haklara sahipsiniz. Oyun kişisel veri işlemediği için tarafımızda size ait bir kayıt bulunmamaktadır; yine de sorularınız ve başvurularınız için support@tolpogames.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. Başvurular en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.
9. Değişiklikler
Oyunun ileriki sürümlerine reklam gibi özellikler eklenirse, bu özellikler yayınlanmadan önce bu metin güncellenecek, hangi verilerin kim tarafından işlendiği açıklanacak ve yürürlük tarihi değiştirilecektir. Kanunen gerekli olduğu durumlarda açık rızanız alınacaktır.
